REC
REC project focuses on the VET and labor market inclusion of migrants and refugees by trying to find common standards (practitioners’ skills, tools, quality assurance and qualification paths) that are coherent with EU and national/local level requirements.
The overall approach foresees two levels of actions/target groups:
– Enhancing and creating transnational professional competences of practitioners and stakeholders of VET in line with EU standards.
–Tools and practice that can make non-formal and informal skills of migrants and refugees visible and comparable, with formal recognition by VET providers and stakeholders, including those responsible for qualifications and employers.

Objectives
Le projet se concentre sur les objectifs suivants :
- Mener une analyse efficace à l’intérieur des organismes formels et non formels d’éducation pour déterminer les différents aspects du phénomène selon des indicateurs quantitatifs et qualitatifs ;
- Aider et motiver les jeunes, en impliquant des écoles, des municipalités, des associations et les acteurs du projet à faire face conjointement aux problèmes et cibler des solutions communes ;
- Connecter des organismes informels et non formels dans le but d’améliorer les deux systèmes.
Enfin, une étude entre les groupes ciblés (inclus et non inclus dans le projet) démontrera l’efficacité du modèle ainsi que des mesures à adopter.
